 Shipping Policy –

1) At Zedups.com, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services to all our customers across Bahrain. Our shipping policy is designed in compliance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC), Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 3 business days from order confirmation.

Express Delivery : Within 24 hours in select areas.

Delivery times may vary based on product availability and courier capacity. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

Orders below BHD 20: Shipping fee of BHD 1.500 .

Orders above BHD 20: Eligible for free standard delivery.

Delivery charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can monitor the status of your delivery through  our “Track My Order” section.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver your order. If the recipient is unavailable during both attempts, the order will be returned to our facility, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability and inspection.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to: incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or

refusal to accept the delivery may be refunded excluding the shipping fees. For prepaid orders, refund processing may take 5–15 business days.
